Past
We
have
been
involved
with
many
high
profile
projects
in
Newcastle,
having
been
in
the
industry
for
such
a
long
time,
and
spending
almost
10
years
of
that
as
a
project
manager
specialising
in
walls
and
ceilings,
and
facades.
These
include,
The
John
Hunter
Hospital,
Royal
redevelopment,
The
Mater
Hospital
redevelopment,
Lee
Wharf
apartments,
Singleton
Army
Base,
Williamtown
RAAF
base,
McDonald
Jones
Stadium
both
grandstands,
Kotara
homemaker
Centre,
Morisset
shopping
centre.
Rutherford
Woolworths.
For
companies
such
as
John
Holland,
ABI
Group,
Richard
Crooks
Constructions,
Laheys,
and
others.
On
these
projects,
I
ran
up
to
120
men,
including
RFI,
Look
ahead,
Materials,
Scope,
Instruction,
and
re
designing
of
some
of
the
partitions
and
shafts,
to
provide
a
better
solution
giving
both
time
and
money
savings
to
the
builders.
Some
of
our
staff
also
worked
on
these
projects
and
we
have
retained
the
best
to
ensure
that
the
service
we
can
offer
exceeds
that
that
our
previous
employers
provided.
Present
Our
largest
current
project
is
a
remedial
supply
and
install
in
Raymond
Terrace,
on
a
NSW
Government
project
for
Richard
Crookes
Constructions,
this
work
is
addressing
the
PE
core
issue
on
the
previously
installed
façade
and
simultaneously,
rectifying
leaks,
and
framing
detail
issues
that
have
been
discovered
during
the
works.
Approx
$600k.
Future
We
are
capable
of
providing
materials
and
resources
for
facades
of
upto
$3m,
in
many
products
including,
but
not
limited
to
those
on
the
back
page
of
this
statement.
We
have
the
ability
to
work
afar
and
are
